Lindsay is the founder of Amos Comms, where she advises startup founders and investors on communications strategy, and the co-founder of The Platform Team, a program that embeds experts into VC portfolios to run tactical sprints and provide ongoing guidance on founder-led marketing.

From 2018–2024, she led communications at Y Combinator, where she built the YC brand and advised more than 3,000 startups on narrative, launch strategy, and media.

Earlier, she was one of the first 30 employees at Square and the company’s first communications hire, helping design and execute the comms strategy for Square’s IPO. She also served as Director of Technology Communications at Meta, overseeing global engineering offices, data centers, infrastructure hardware, and sustainability initiatives.
